The Paula Lee is a powerful barge built by Bergeron in 1982, located in Perlington, MS. It features a 250 x 68 x 15-foot design and has a gross tonnage of 2,095. Equipped with an American-Amclyde Model M-25 crane and two Amcon 750 winches, it offers a line pull capacity of 90,000 lbs and a line speed of 350 FPM. The vessel is fitted with three 42” x 85’ powered spuds and a 6-anchor array powered by a Skagit DTW 100 two-drum winch. Its lifting capacity includes 225 short tons over the stern with a 140 ft. boom at a 42’ radius. Powered by a KT38 Cummins main engine and a 1710 Cummins generator, the Paula Lee also has various bucket types for versatile dredging tasks, including a 26yd cable arm environmental bucket and a 20yd Atlas bucket.
