Strength in Numbers - Supporting Women in Construction
Women make up only 10% of the workforce in heavy construction, but Dutra is working to change that. From a growing internship program that now includes 25% female students to celebrating Women in Construction Week, Dutra is committed to supporting and recognizing the women who shape the industry. This year, the company made a bold statement by sending all its female employees to The Beavers’ Women in Heavy Civil reception, reinforcing its dedication to inclusion and professional growth.
